Methods of Payment
  • Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer)

  • Online Credit Card through Paypal (You can create your Paypal account at the same time of check out.)

For order more than $500, only telegraphic transfer (wire transfer) is acceptable.
For order shipping address is different from the billing address, only telegraphic transfer (wire transfer) is acceptable.

Due Date for Payment within 3 business days after your order
If we can not confirm the payment within 3 days after your order, your order will be cancelled.
Fee and Customs
  • consumption tax – We do not collect consumption tax.
  • shipping fee (postage) – for many items we offer free shipping, but shipping fee (postage) may vary based on the dimensions and weight of the item.

Delivery Method mainly EMS (Japan Post)
Time of Delivery After payment is confirmed, we ship within 5 business days.(We have usually delivered to shipping address in US, within 5-10 days after payment is confirmed.)※ We pay close attention to avoid delay in shipment.
Nevertheless production and inventory situation, traffic conditions, system trouble, customs clearing, or other unexpected accidents can cause delay of delivery. Our shop does not assume any responsibility for thus caused disadvantage to the customer or a third party. Also, with regard to the delay of delivery by the circumstances of the customer, our shop does not assume any responsibility.
Exchanges and Returns/defective goods Please note that except for damage in transit, we can not accept cancellation, return of goods after shipping. If the delivered item is damaged or defective, please let us informed within 3 days from the receipt of the item. After we receive the damaged or defective item, we will exchange the item or we will refund.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Returns In case of the exchange or refunding for defected goods or shipping/handling mistakes by our shop, shipping costs for exchanges and returns are our responsibility.
